Dieting and Controlling your Weight for Health Reasons

 

It is said weight and Diabetes comes hand in hand. If you are overweight and consider to be in the Obesity status, there’s more a chance you can get or develop Diabetes and other health issues. When people have a high intake of sugar daily, particularly in their food they prepare and eat daily.  Food with high sugar intakes is one reason our weight overall increases.  This puts us all in that higher risk of a problem of becoming a Diabetic.   This is a problem nationally though out the world.  We all have to watch our sugar intake and eat more healthier.

There is over 30 signals to obesity, in which it  has several symptons .  So one has to take care of themselves, Try exercising and eating the right things. There are several stages of Diabetics, type 1 and type 2 and both of them have similar symptons. Some of symptoms are :

  • Frequent urination
  • Increased thirst
  • Unplanned weight lost
  • Weakness and fatigue
  • Numbness or tingling in hands, legs or feet
  • Mass muscle lot, dry and pealing of skin
  • Itchy skin
